Circumstances
Crew are not paid in full. They received their allotments but the cash on board (they signed for receipt) was not given to them for up to 3 months. This is 20 % of their monthly contractual wages

During the application process for registration and following our explicit requirement in compliance with the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC, 2006), the Owners have provided the attached proof of payment documents concerning the seafarers’ outstanding wages.
Kindly review the submitted documentation and confirm whether these are deemed valid and sufficient.

Sudanese seafarer approached the ITF on June 9th 2024. He stated that he was on board the vessel for 19 months and the company didn’t respond on his repatriation request. He signed off from Rotterdam on June 16th 2024 after our intervention.
1 crew member (AB 2) more than 1 year on board with 6 +/- 1 contract signed off in Rotterdam June 18th 2024.
PSC wrote deficiency on June 17th 2024.
1 crew member (Elec) almost 11 months on board with 6 +/- 1 contract. Still on board.
7 crew members with expired contract. They agreed to sign extension during ITF inspection. PSC wrote deficiency on June 17th 2024.
Lack of fresh provisions some fresh provisions mouldy and rotten. Vessel received fresh provisions.

Wages far below ILO.
AB 48 hrs work week for $ 592, fixed overtime for $ 160 and leave $ 48. This is a total of $ 800.
The same working hours are applicable for the OS and he is getting a total of $ 650 per month
Vessel is seized by lawyers from the Netherlands by a person or entity whom still owing money from the shipping company
Port State detained the vessel on June 17th 2024 with 26 deficiencies. Furthermore, there are still 3 outstanding deficiencies from the last detention in Italy on February 20th 2024.
The inspection in Rotterdam was suspended due to many deficiencies on different areas. Inspection will be continued after all inspection have been carried out by flag/class.
