I would like to inform you that our Administration has followed up with the shipowner and we have been provided with evidence of payment and repatriation.
As communicated in our previous email, we have never been contacted by ITF about this case. I would kindly ask if you could please provide us with the relevant contacts of the ITF officers who filed the complaint so that we can share with them the evidence received, so as to resolve the case.
Furthermore, for completeness of information, I would like to inform you that the insure is RO Marine.
