Circumstances
Chief engineer has been working for more than 14 months from 6th May 2023 with his expired contract even though he requested his repatriation to the owner in Kuwait.
In addition, he has not been paid his salary since January 2024 even though the other crew have been paid every month. The ship seems to have been detained by the PSC officers in Haiphong, Vietnam due to some serious deficiencies since March 2024.
