Circumstances
Crew have not been paid since November 2021 and had been left without the necessary maintenance and support
The four Cuban seafarers are currently stranded in Accra, Ghana and are living off benevolence of missions and friends.

The ship owner promised the court to pay monies instead of the vessel being sold.
Unfortunately, he tricked crew to disembark and he absconded with the vessel
