I have duly noted the information provided that, following the ordinary procedure, seeking to obtain a prompt clarification and solution to the reported situation, you will contact the Registered Owner, the Operators and the Local Resident Agents, in relation to the complaint on abandonment filed.
I also duly noted that you will need a copy of the crew list and the specific details of what is owed to each of the members and in that regard I have kindly forwarded your request to ITF. However, ITF informs me that they have seen the Panama Maritime Authority request documentation like crew lists before and they consider that one would assume that they as the flag state for the vessel have contact details with the ownership/management of the vessel and should therefore contact them directly for the crew list.

We confirm that we have received your labour complaint against the vessel "Green Rauma, IMO 9976070".
However, following the ordinary procedure, seeking to obtain a prompt clarification and solution to the reported situation, we will contact the Registered Owner, the Operators and the Local Resident Agents, in relation to the complaint on abandonment filed.
We will need you to provide us with a copy of the crew list and the specific details of what is owed to each of the members.

Flag state have given permission for crew change to be arranged from Suez 10th September 2024 for the crew voluntary wanting to sign off at Suez
PNO Have agreed with company that 7 crew members will be repatriated in Finland and that the remaining 8 crew members can repatriate from Suez
Principals have promised to settle the outstanding wages no later than 9th August 2024 at port of Vuosaari in Helsinki, Finland.
