Circumstances
Flag: Tanzania (initially reported by the ITF), subsequently corrected to "Guyana False" following the IMO vessel verification (by ILO, 28 April 2026).
A seafarer has informed us that he is owed 2 months wages. He wants to be paid and be repatriated. Other crew members do not want to complain but are also owed 2 or more months wages.
Very basic amount of food and water still is provided. Seafarers had maintained direct contact with shipowners but have recently been ignored by them.

28 April 2026: International Labour Organization
Regarding the cases stated as "not attributable to the Tanzania Flag administration," we have updated the record for Prosperity 1 (IMO 7715422) as it was verified as "Guyana False" based on the record of IMO GISIS and Equasis at that time. For all other cases, we have maintained the Tanzanian flag while including the administration's official position in the comments section.

1 crew member was repatriated to Panama and paid full wages on 16th December 2024
10th December 2024: 2 crew members were repatriated to Colombia and four crew members received payment as agreed with the shipowner for a total of $20,100 but there is still a pending payment of two former crew members ($3,600 and $1,880)
11th January 2025: Crew member who was owed five months was repatriated under a payment agreement. He was given $1,500, repatriated to Venezuela and pending to be paid $5,000 by January 2025
This case has been classified as "disputed."

Please be advised that the vessel: 'Prosperity', IMO Number 7715422, is, indeed, not registered under the Guyana flag. Therefore, any document or claim to suggest otherwise must be regarded as fraudulent.
