Please be advised of the following facts:
1. The kind notification sent from your side was the first time this issue was brought to the Israeli administration's attention.
2. Upon receiving your notification the mentioned vessel had already departed port of Haifa.
3. Following your notification on the case, we approached the local ITF representative in Haifa Israel to verify case details.
4. According to the ITF representative the case has been resolved and wages were paid.
As the state of Israel is not yet a party to MLC-2006 convention we are in no position to take measures or any sanctions directly related to MLC.
