16 November 2024: International Transport Workers' Federation
The crew reports that they have agreed to accept the owner's settlement of 75% of owed wages and no longer wish to pursue the case against the vessel - $35,000 recovered. Cook and AB repatriated on 19 October at owner's expense. Master remained onboard the vessel.

21 October 2024: International Maritime Organisation
According to the IMO number, 8203036 (LADY VICTORIA), is an Offshore Supply Ship, not a General Cargo Ship.
