The crew reports that they have agreed to accept the owner's settlement of 75% of owed wages and no longer wish to pursue the case against the vessel - $35,000 recovered. Cook and AB repatriated on 19 October at owner's expense. Master remained onboard the vessel.

According to the IMO number, 8203036 (LADY VICTORIA), is an Offshore Supply Ship, not a General Cargo Ship.
