Please see below an email received from the owners of the m/v KV-ARI confirming that they have settled all outstanding wages and have repatriated the crewmembers that needed to be sent home (supporting documents are attached):

We understand that all the outstanding crew salaries have been settled. Proof of payments made to the crew members is attached.
Additionally, the required crew have been repatriated as well. Exchanges with the ITF on this matter is also attached along with the latest crew list following joining of the new crew.
We trust the above assists. If any further details are required by the Club, please do advise.

The owners of the KV-ARI are in contact with ITF and updating them. We believe that all is in hand now and will continue to monitor the situation, however, please let us know if you require any further input and clarifications at this time.
1 November 2024: Liberia

Please find attached an updated report on another vessel, KV-ARI, which was reported as abandoned.
We herewith confirm that all of the seafarers were paid in full on October 18 and eleven (11) of them were repatriated on or about October 24.
18 October 2024: International Transport Workers' Federation
A copy of the electronic wage transfer confirmation has been requested and repatriation status from owner representative. The vessel has been detained under a flag state detention from 18th October 2024.
No response from flag to date.
