Circumstances
Seafarer has been on board since 22nd November 2022. He was paid $10,000 but wants his owed wages and to be repatriated.
The owner does not keep any ship documents onboard.

Crew have been repatriated by the ITF. No wages have been paid by the owner. The Norwegian court approved the arrest of the vessel. Awaiting clearance to sell the vessel so that the crew can be paid.
