I am glad to inform you that today 8th November 2024, in my presence, owner of AK MASHA paid the outstanding amount of $10,000 (€ 9200.-) to the crew. In addition, all repatriation costs and obligations have been fulfilled.
Due to these payments, the case is settled and is not handed over to the lawyer.
The notification of abandonment for this vessel can be withdrawn.
