Circumstances
Owner has failed to provide the vessel with provisions upon
return to Miami from Haiti. Crew reports that due to the current
unrest in Haiti, it is impossible to source provisions in that
country

Owner provided evidence that provisions were placed onboard the vessel. Those crew complaining of inadequate provisions were also repatriated on 2nd November 2024.
