Vessel has been sold and is now called Gather View. We have lost contact with the crew, but assume they are no longer on board.
This case has been resolved.

Please be informed that we have received the conformation from the owners that the last month wages have been paid as well.
From our side, unless different information that may come from the other interested parties, the case is resolved.
We remain fully available to assist by applying our jurisdiction.

On November 1st we contacted the shipowners, immediately after the notification of this case.
It has been clarified to the owners that San Marino is committed to fully enforce the ratified conventions and that the described violations are not tolerated.
On November 4th we received a reply that, in short, can be summarized as follows.
The owners admit that they were in delay with the payment of the salaries due to financial issues.
They stated that the food and the water provisions have always been granted and that they have repatriated five crew members in the last month.
Finally, they stated that the financial issues were just solved and that they would have paid the salaries shortly.
In the subsequent days we requested updates to the owners and, on 13/11/2024, we received a reply which content is, in summary, as follows.
The owners stated that on 13/11/2024 they settled the crew salaries and home allotments in full for July, August, and September, including owners’ delay bonuses to each crew member in amount of USD 500. New provision supply scheduled to be embarked on 14/11/2024
In addition, they informed that the remaining outstanding for October would have been settled within 8-10 days upon starting of ship’s loading operation.
They are also arranging the crew substitution on about 20-21 of November with prior settlement of their final wages’ accounts for current month.
We requested to the owners new updates: we will share the developments in due course.
We remain fully available to undertake all the necessary actions to solve this case.
