Our Administration would like to present you with the attached email confirming the payment of wages to all seafarers (sign-off) aboard subject vessel MV SORMOVSKIY.
Our investigations revealed that the owners experience some financial difficulties due to multiple factors which resulted in the delay of payments.
I can further confirm that the sign off crew has handed over the vessel to the new crew and disembarked the vessel.
It should also be noted that the operators where in full cooperation with flag during our investigation.
Based on the above, and provided that the repatriation is completed without incident, flag expects that this matter can be adequately closed soon.
