Please be advised that we "Integrated Maritime Services Pte Ltd" are ISM/Technical Management company based in Singapore.
We are the new managers of Captioned vessel "MV. DEBI / IMO No. 9616735".
There was a case of Non-Payment of Salary/Abandonment of Seafarer reported by ITF to your good office for the captioned vessel "MV DEBI / IMO No 9616735". ( Abandonment ID 01145 as per ILO Database )
The payments/repatriation of the Crew members onboard were delayed due to a case registered at Paradip port in view of drugs found onboard which lead to a crew complaint to ITF.
However, Please be advised that as on 14th January 2024; All 21 crew members ( Vietnam National ) have been paid there full outstanding Balance of wages and repatriated to there Home country.
All Relevant documentations/evidences and confirmation letters from crew members for receipt of there wages/repatriation cost and confirmation of no further pending complaints against the Vessel/owners and/or Managers have been submitted to ITF.
As per attached Confirmation from ITF, they are satisfied with the provided documents/evidence etc and the case is deemed to be closed/resolved on there end. They also confirmed that ILO will be informed and the status of the complaint will be changed to reflect as "Resolved".
We hereby request your good office to update the database as the Case being "RESOLVED" at the earliest.
