Circumstances
Seafarer reported outstanding wages of 5 months (July to November).
He reported that he has been beaten and insulted on board by another seafarer.

With regards to the below reported abandonment of JOURI, IMO No: 9174775, I have contacted the Japan Club P&I who have informed me that the owner settled all outstanding wages on 9 December and that both ITF and the Flag Sate have been informed. Once both have confirmed payment, I would be grateful if this case can be considered closed.
