After we settled the wage claims, the vessel was arrested again for the ex-manager, as he had been very helpful in assisting with the wage claims. While that claim was being settled we were approached by a further 24 Russian seafarers, ex-Frerikshamn, with outstanding wages of USD273,626.00. This claim was paid and the vessel released.
This case has been resolved.
