Circumstances
Seafarer has not been paid October and November wages.
He suffered a serious accident on board that required urgent transfer to hospital where he has been for the last few days.
The seafarer received 4 surgeries.

Reference to the trailing mail, it is informed that as per the E-Governance system of the Directorate General of Shipping, no Indian Seafarers are currently onboard the vessel 'Golden Palm'. Therefore, it is kindly requested to provide Crew List of the said vessel so that the matter can be taken with the concerned Authorities.
