The crew member who had originally reported to the ITF, that all the 11 crew have been repatriated at Guangzhou and that that provisions and drinking water was provided. Thomas Miller – the P&I also advised the same.
This case has been resolved.

After the inspection of the Maritime Safety Administration MLC inspectioner on board the ship, there was no case of seafarers being abandoned as described in the report, please refer to the email attachment for details.
18 January 2025: Marshall Islands

It has been confirmed that 9 personnel were repatriated yesterday 16 January 2025 from Xinsha port, and a further two officers C/O and 2/E were repatriated on about 8 January 2025.
During the attendance, the inspector was not approached regarding any complaints regarding conditions aboard the vessel.
The complaints raised were in relation to contractual disputes. At no time was the vessel or crew abandoned, having transited with a cargo of grain. Accordingly, the Republic of the Marshall Islands considers this investigation closed, and requests the incident is not recorded as an abandonment case in the IMO/ILO joint database.
