Thank you for providing the attachments. I have now reviewed them; however, they only partially address the information requested in my email.
The three Excel documents are crew lists dated 14 January, 14 February and 9 March 2025. They do not show the seafarers’ sign-off dates or provide evidence that all seafarers disembarked and were repatriated on 10 March 2025.
The account statement dated 30 April 2025 refers mainly to January and February 2025 salaries. The payment confirmations in the ZIP file are dated 22 and 23 September 2025 and refer to salaries for March through August 2025. Therefore, the documents do not cover the later wage periods specifically requested in my previous email.
As previously explained, I had already confirmed that the earlier outstanding wages, including those due to Mr ***, were eventually addressed. The reason the ITF could not close the case was that further wage arrears accumulated, and the requested payment evidence was never provided.
In particular, the following information remains outstanding:
• a complete list of the original and replacement crew, including each seafarer’s joining date, sign-off date and place of sign-off;
• evidence supporting the statement that all affected seafarers disembarked and were repatriated on 10 March 2025;
• a crew-by-crew reconciliation of all wages due and paid;
• bank remittances or other verifiable payment evidence for September, October, November and December 2025, and January 2026
• remittance evidence covering each seafarer until their actual sign-off or the relevant crew change;
• signed final wage accounts or individual confirmation that the funds were received;
• details and dates of all crew changes following 10 March 2025; and
• confirmation of the effective date of the transfer of management from Felucca Maritime Services to Steamline Shipping.
If no wages were due for any of the above months because the crew had signed off or been replaced, please provide the relevant sign-off dates, crew-change records, final wage accounts and repatriation evidence.
The attached payment confirmations also include wages through August 2025 and names that do not appear consistently across the attached January, February and March crew lists. This further demonstrates the need for a complete reconciliation covering the original crew and all replacement crew.
I note your confirmation that the vessel was stricken from the Liberian Registry on 13 February 2025. However, this does not establish that the abandonment reported while the vessel was under the Liberian flag was subsequently resolved, nor does it replace the need to verify the payment and repatriation of the affected seafarers.
Accordingly, the ITF is still not in a position to confirm that the case should be marked as resolved. Please provide the remaining documents listed above so the records can be properly reconciled and the status reviewed.

At this stage, I am unable to confirm that the Aurora Dubai abandonment case has been resolved.
I was not copied into the email of 27 August 2026 containing the documents that the Liberian Registry reportedly provided to the ILO. Those documents have not been shared with me, and I have therefore been unable to review or verify the information regarding the payment of wages and repatriation of the affected crew.
While the earlier outstanding wages, including the payment due to Mr ***, were eventually addressed, further wage arrears arose during the latter part of 2025. I repeatedly requested proof of payment for the September, October, November and December 2025 wages, but the complete remittance evidence was never provided.
Felucca Maritime Services subsequently informed me on 9 January 2026 that it had ceased managing the vessel at the end of 2025. Felucca stated that the shipowner had not paid the agreed management fees, had not provided sufficient financial support and had failed to take effective action to resolve the operational and crew-welfare difficulties affecting the vessel.
There is also an issue requiring clarification. The Registry states that all crew members were disembarked on 10 March 2025. However, the subsequent correspondence refers to 22 crew members, including crew who remained onboard or joined the vessel later and whose wages again fell into arrears.
Before the ITF can confirm that the case is resolved, please provide:
• copies of all documents and attachments submitted to the ILO on 27 August 2026;
• a complete list of the original and replacement crew, showing each seafarer’s name, rank, date of joining and date and place of sign-off;
• a crew-by-crew reconciliation of all wages owed and paid;
• bank remittances or other verifiable proof of payment for all affected crew, including the September, October, November, December 2025, January 2026, February 2026 and March 2026 wages;
• remittance evidence covering the entire period up to each seafarer’s sign-off or the relevant crew change;
• signed wage accounts or written confirmation from the individual seafarers that the funds were received;
• confirmation of the effective date of the transfer of management from Felucca Maritime Services to Steamline Shipping; and
A statement that payments were made is not sufficient for the ITF to verify resolution. The supporting remittance and repatriation records must be provided and reconciled against the complete crew list.
Until this information has been received and verified, the ITF is not in a position to agree that the case should be marked as resolved.

Please find attached the information requested by the ITF Inspector regarding the wage payments owed to Mr. ***, totaling $35,945.20, as well as the wage payment information for the other crew members who were repatriated from the vessel in March. As stated in the abandonment report, all crew members were disembarked on March 10.
Please note that the vessel was stricken from our registry on February 13, 2025.
We kindly request that you review the attached information and consider the case closed and resolved.

Polish maritime administration has not received any complaint in this regard.

Please be advised of the following as per the vessels’ MLC financial security provider/s:
AURORA DUBAI: “November 2024 outstanding wages were paid on February 3, 2025. The remaining outstanding crew wages [will be] paid this week (February 7) and crew scheduled to be repatriated on or about February 13…”
Furthermore, the Liberian Administration on February 13, 2025 received copies of the Settlement Agreement (concerning Crew Wages Payment), Debit Note (Payment Settlement to P&I Insurer), and other supporting documents confirming that the matter outstanding issues with all the subject vessel has been resolved.
