26 June 2025: International Labour Organization
According to the most recent information on IMO GISIS as of 26 June 2025, as provided by IMO, the vessel (IMO 9190274) has been listed under the name OXIN since February 2025, and the Russian Federation has been recorded as the flag state since March 2013. In line with this information, ILO confirms that the vessel details have been updated accordingly in the database.
Please note that at the time of the case reporting and notification in February 2025, the vessel was listed on IMO GISIS under the name SHANTAR with the flag Russian Federation. The initial entry in the database was therefore made based on the information available at that time.
19 February 2025: International Maritime Organisation
The new vessel is the following General Cargo Ship ‘OXIN’, IMO Number 9190274, which has on IMO GISIS and EQUASIS the name ‘SHANTAR’ and as flag: Russian Federation, and not Sint Maarten (neither the Netherlands’, nor the French part of the territory has an international shipping register; ships sailing under that flag will be listed as false flags on IMO GISIS).
14 February 2025: International Maritime Organisation
IMO number 9190274 is NOT OXIN but SHANTAR, and the flag State is Russia.
13 February 2025: International Transport Workers' Federation
