The flag state of this vessel is 'Sao Tome and Principe FALSE,' as it was originally reported as 'unknown.'
The employment contracts for 4 of the 7 seafarers who asked for assistance has expired.
Although the remaining 3 crew members have requested repatriation for personal reasons as of the end of December 2024, the company has not responded to date.

The C/O stated that the ship has been sold, there is no flag registry at the moment, the management company has changed, all crew will be changed, and the company haven’t responded even though the contracts of some seafarers on the ship expired and some of them requested to return home since the last week of December 2024.
