Please note that this vessel was deleted from the registry on 26th July 2022. We are not sure why St Kitts & Nevis are named in this recent abandonment? Please amend your records.

Thank you for your messages and also for the updates concerning the Refrigerated Cargo Ship: ‘VESTLANDIA’ which apparently also has a new name now: ‘WHITE ARROW’, IMO Number 8211100, Flag: Gambia, having on board 16 seafarers from the Philippines who are abandoned in Benghazi, Libya since 1 January 2025. The insurer is: RO Marine.
I duly note that the updates are significant different from when the registration on IMO GISIS, and also Equasis, was checked by IMO last week (please refer the attachments). I herewith also include the focal points of the Permanent Representation of Gambia to IMO, as is now revealed that the ship is registered there already since October 2024. IMO is particular also requesting their comments as soon as possible but before COB on 25 March 2025 (10 working days).

I can confirm our records show the vessel as being deleted from the St. Kitts & Nevis flag effective July 2022.
Vessel was then registered under Guinea-Bissau flag.
In October 2024 vessel was (and still is, according to our records), registered under the flag of Gambia.

At the time of deletion, the new Flag State was Guinea Bissau.
