Referring to the below notification, please be advised that there were two separate claims reported against the vessel mv HAPPY 18 (IMO 9146132), which were successfully addressed by the vessel Owners, namely:
1. The crew were paid in full and repatriated in April 2025. Verified and confirmed by ITF on 17 April 2025;
2. Oiler Mr. *** was paid in full on 30 July 2026. Verified and confirmed by the seafarer on 3 August 2026.
Following the above stated we would like to inform that MLC related issues reported against mv HAPPY 18 (IMO 9146132) to the Flag in May 2025 and November 2025 respectively have been addressed and are considered resolved. We kindly ask to update the ILO/IMO joint database accordingly.
