Due to a lack of available PSC inspectors because engaged in other activities, the “complaint” was managed locally in coordination between the ITF inspector and our District Offices.
The missing payment was solved and 6 crew members decided to resign and were repatriated on ships’ owner expenses (flight tickets attached).
The ship left Porto Nogaro port on 13.3.2025.

6 of the crew signed an agreement of acceptance to being paid in instalments with schedule at sole owner's decision. The signed agreement violates the MLC Standard A2.2 provisions
