In response to the labour complaint filed against the vessel "SUNNY LYNN”, IMO No. 9124926, you will find the latest communications:
March 06, 2025. PMA was notified of the complaint regarding the vessel SUNNY LYNN and its state of abandonment.
Through emails dated from March 06 to April 14, communication is maintained with the complainant and the complainant's representative regarding alleged payments from the company to the complainant.
Through an email dated April 14, 2025, an email is sent to the company and the company's representative requesting information about outstanding payments to seafarers.
April 15, 2025. The administration issued a documentary restriction on the vessel.
Through an email dated May 10, 2025, contact is made with the resident agent, who indicates that he will maintain contact with the shipowner regarding the corresponding payments to seafarers.
