With regards to the e-mail dated 19 May 2025; It was informed that Container Ship (Fully Cellular) ‘DNIPRO LINE’, IMO Number 9136371, Flag: Ukraine, having on board 7 seafarers from Ukraine who were abandoned in Tuzla, Türkiye on 1 December 2024. According to the latest information received from Tuzla Regional Port Authority regarding the status of the vessel ‘DNIPRO LINE’ ; it was reported that;

• the vessel in question is still in the shipyard in Tuzla Shipyards Region and the maintenance and repair process continues,
• the vessel was boarded and inspected by the officer in charge of Tuzla Regional Port Authority,
• There is only one crew member on board acting as Chief Officer, and the minimum personnel requirements of the relevant legislation are not provided,
• According to the statement of the current personnel, the salary receivable has not been paid for 7 months,
• Supplied with provisions on board,
• The ship was supplied with electricity by the shipyard where the ship was docked.
