All outstanding wages and entitlements for the Indian-nationality crew members were paid during the vessel's first voyage at the port of Bushehr. Full supporting documentation has been submitted to the PSC (port state control) unit of Bushehr port.

With reference to your email dated 28 Apr 2025 regarding the abandonment of the vessel ‘HOUTAK’, IMO Number 8864440, it has come to our attention that there is no available data on Indian seafarers working on board this vessel in the E-Gov system of DGS.
2. In light of this, it is challenging to examine the matter further without the details of Indian seafarers currently working on board the vessels. Therefore, we kindly request you to provide the necessary details of the Indian seafarers to help resolve this issue.
Therefore, IMO would call in particular on the flag State Iran (Islamic Republic of,) to provide the requested information.
