Please be advised that, in relation to the abandonment case concerning the subject vessel, a Prohibition of Sailing Notice has been issued. This decision was taken due to the lack of response and action from the ISM operators.
For your reference, a copy of the email in which the PSN was officially issued is attached.
Kindly note that, should we continue to receive no communication or corrective action from the responsible parties, further and escalated measures will be pursued in accordance with our procedures and international obligations.
We are actively monitoring the situation and will keep you informed of any developments or additional actions taken regarding this case.

1. In response to the above mentioned mails regarding the abandonment case of the subject vessel, please be informed that following a complaint regarding unfulfilled financial obligation of the shipowner, an inspection was conducted by PSC Officer with the precense of ITF Inspector, in the port of Thessaloniki on 24/04/2024. The inspection resulted at the fact that all financial obligations to the crew regarding their wages had been fully fulfilled, by the shipowner, while the vessel was supplied in a satisfactory level. The subject vessel departed on 26/04/2025 with destination the port of Samsun, Turkey.
2. Taking into account the aforementioned, please consider updating the IMO/ILO joint database on abandonment, by noting the case as resolved.

By this means the Belize Administration formally acknowledge receipt of your below notice concerning abandonment of seafarers on board subject vessel SEA ARIES (9297125) which is duly register with our flag.
Kindly note that our Administration is very concerned about this case and will take immediate action to ensure that the vessel returns to full compliance with the requirements of the MLC and our administrative requirements.
We will revert promptly with our finding upon closure of this case.
