Circumstances
Crew unpaid since January 2025 and require repatriation. The ship is detained by the Ukrainian Authorities for allegedly being involved in calling at the closed port of Sevastopol (Crimea) and loading / transporting stolen Ukrainian grain in 2024. Crew change is permitted by the local Authorities.

All crew (apart from one who decided to remain on the ship) repatriated. The seafarers’ wages are only part settled (4 months’ paid by the financial security provider). No prospects of recovering the remaining wages because the vessel has been seized by the State of Ukraine and the shipowner is unable or unwilling to pay.
