Circumstances
After media attention the terminal re-supplied potable water and electrical energy. Ship is under legal arrest since 30-12-2009. Legal claim is for six (6) months without payments for all crew members, repatriation cost for foreign seafarers, food cost (two months), hold cleaning and some things more... plus interest amounting to around US$160,000.
Money has been recovered for May and June 2009.
