Circumstances
The vessel is detained in Singapore as the result of a dispute between the Owner and the mortgagee (Bank). The vessel has power, water, Wifi, food and supplies. The vessel’s managers have committed to paying overdue wages. The payment will include those seafarers who signed off.

Please be informed that both the current and former crew members from the vessel, SPEC NICHOLE, have received their unpaid wages and two seafarers, ETO and OS will be signed off this week, pending approval from the Sheriff.
The remaining crew onboard have decided to stay. Please find aached the communication with all relevant parties for your reference.
Therefore, we kindly request that you review the case and consider changing the status to “Resolved”.
