Circumstances
The crew owed more than 5 months wages. Despite multiple promises, the owner has continued to misrepresent payment dates. The crew has reported that are without electricity and source of water from the rain. Food has not been provided, and the crew are dependant on humanitarian help from the nearby vessel and jetty personnel
