In response to the labour complaint filed against the vessel "SWIFT FALCON," IMO No. 9246803. you will find the latest communications:
May 28, 2025. PMA was notified of the complaint regarding the vessel Swift Falcon and its state of abandonment.
Through email dated May 29, 2025, the PMA sent the first communication addressed to Ship owners, Operators and/or Local Resident Agents, communicating the labour complaint filed against the vessel, and requesting the measures adopted to correct such deficiencies.
Through email dated August 11, 2025, addressed to P&I Club, requesting the activation of financial security.

Seafarers have been employed via several different manning agencies. Some of the crew have already been repatriated.
