Circumstances

2 Azerbaijan seafarers owed between 4 and 7 months wages and requesting assistance with repatriation. There is lack of provisions and water on board.

8 October 2025: International Transport Workers' Federation
Seafarers repatriated with their salaries until March. The remaining 3.5 months are still pending. Legal action initiated through P&I for the remaining amount.

3 July 2025: International Transport Workers' Federation
The remaining 2 Indian crew members on the ship do not want to file any complaints because their agents in India have promised to pay them.
In addition, currently the ship's former captain and former cook, left the ship in January 2025 also complained to us about not receiving their salary for 3 and a half months.
P&I cancelled the policy on 25th March 2025.
The shipowner has completely cut off communication with everyone. On 2nd July 2025, a lawyer was sent to the ship by another creditor and placed a lien on his receivables.
