In response to the Labour complaint filed against the vessel “ARDA” with IMO No. 8125155, please find the latest communications:
July 17, 2025, PMA was notified of the complaint regarding the vessel Arda and its state of abandonment.
July 24, 2025. PMA sent the first communication addressed to shipowners, operators and/or resident agents, communicating the labour complaint filed against the vessel and requesting the measures adopted to correct such deficiencies.
July 25, 2025. PMA sent an email to the resident agents notifying them of the shipowner's abandonment.
July 25, 2025. Resident agents sent an email informing us that they would contact the shipowner.
August 5, 2025. PMA issued a documentary restriction on the vessel.
