Circumstances
Vessel arrested in Vassiliko since May, since then crew has received no salaries or overtime payments. Also, there are critically low supplies of food, drinking water and fuels. Garbage is accumulated on board attracting insects. Crew is demoralised and are requesting for repatriation.
