Circumstances
Vessel arrived at Piraeus anchorage on September 20th, 2009 (transit) for bunkering. Vessel has temporarily been detained by several court orders. Vessel has also been detained from Piraeus Port Authority for not having valid safety certificates since her registry has expired.

Ownership of vessel has been transfered to "VENUS STAR TRADING IMC" after auction and the name of the ship also changed to "LPG/C Enigma Gas".
Master and crew have been repatriated to Philippine and Romania. Relavent travel expenses covered by ITF and Romanian Embassy. The outstanding payment of crew members will be subjected to the progress of the procedures pertinent to the auction proceeds.
