5 September 2025: Other
(From the vessel management)
Please be advised that we are the new managers of the ASG Portofino.
As you can see in the attached documents, the vessel’s detention has been lifted, and all outstanding issues related to the previous management have been resolved.
In light of this, and in order to proceed with obtaining the Palau Flag Certification (both the Flag Inspection and Audit have already been completed), we kindly request assistance in updating the vessel’s ILO status.
The matter at hand is of considerable urgency and, as the newly appointed management team, we believe it is necessary to accelerate process, particularly in light of some unforeseen communication difficulties that have recently arisen.
Although we have no connection with the previous management, we are currently facing a standstill that risks undermining both operational continuity and the timely execution of activities.
Should this situation persist, we will be forced to explore alternative solutions to ensure that the process moves forward as required.
Thank you in advance for your kind cooperation. We remain at your disposal for any further documentation or clarification you may require.
Wishing you a pleasant day.
