Since the previous abandonment issues, the vessel was sold by the Hong Kong High Court on Sept 2024.
After the new owner took over the vessel, a new Master and new crew member joined the vessel on December 2024. However, the new owner did not solve the ship issues (engine issues, safety issues, certificate issues etc) and the vessel still cannot leave Hong Kong.
The crew have not received their wages since they joined the vessel.
