In regards to the email sent on August 6th 2025 regarding IMO Case 9163506 Vessel name Jawhart Berlin, We at the embassy received the comments from the Ministry of Interior in Kuwait which are as follows:
"With regard to the email that was sent, no name of the sailor was mentioned, only the nationality of the individual was provided. This made it difficult to identify the person in question and verify the claim regarding the delay in salary payment.
Please note that we contacted the shipping agent (Stemco Agency), which manages the vessel with IMO number 9163506, and the confirmed the following:
1. There has been no delay in paying any salaries due to seafarers.
2. No complaints have been received from any crew member in this regard."
