Resolved.

The vessel was sold in Izmail, Ukraine with the crew still onboard and without settlement of their outstanding wages. This took place while the ship was in a conflict zone, with drone strikes occurring beside them. The crew were later transferred to a hotel in Odessa under assurances the matter would be resolved. They have since been paid wages for August (the responsibility of the new owner), but wages from previous months remain unpaid. The crew are withholding repatriation until their full contractual entitlements are met.
Disputed.
15 August 2025: International Transport Workers' Federation
The vessel is in a war zone and been sold to another company and placed under new management. There is pressure on the former owners to settle all outstanding wages, provide provisions and other essentials supplies, and arrange for the crew’s repatriation. The concerned crew members are not responding to provide additional information, but the issues raised have been verified through correspondence and the flag is involved.
