Circumstances
From December 2009 the company, West Coast Line, stopped supplying the vessel.
In view of the available information, the notification date has been set to 4 May 2010. (ILO, 8 April 2025)

This vessel is no longer flying Belize Flag since 2012. It is currently flying Panama Flag under the name SEA VOYAGER.

The case is closed but the seafarers have not received all outstanding wages.
4 May 2010: International Transport Workers' Federation
The Shipowner had 3 vessels ¿ Atlantic Star (arrested in Las Palmas, Lubava stayed in Varna (Bulgaria) and Baltic Star anchored near Duala (Cameroon). The Company was previously black listed by ITF. All possible steps were taken and now we are waiting repatriation of the old crew (6 persons) which should be done by the middle of May. The vessel will be under control of the bank and will have new management. Russian and Ukrainian Authorities were involved in resolving this case.
