At this point, I can confirm that this is not, and has never been a Curaçao-flagged vessel. Hence, we can not assume any flag state responsibilities.
We will investigate false flag issue and feedback any relevant information before COB meeting (Nov 7th).

On July 17th 2025, PSC inspection was conducted in the Russian port of Nakhodka, and 80 deficiencies were identified. The ship has been detained in the Nakhodka anchorage area since then.
All ship documents refer to St. Maarten as the flag, even though St. Maarten does not have an international ship register
