With reference to your below email regarding the abandonment of the vessel 'Brilliance' (IMO No. 9348962), we have noted that there is no available data on Indian seafarers working on board this vessel in the E-Governance system of the Directorate General of Shipping (DGS).
2. In light of this, it is challenging to examine the matter further without the details of Indian seafarers currently working on board the vessel. Therefore, we kindly request you to provide the necessary details of the Indian seafarers to help resolve this issue.
