The case of Bader III (7504598) was reported as an abandonment case by the ITF on 4 November.

In accordance with the established procedure, a case of abandonment will be considered resolved only when the ILO has received clear confirmation from the Member State or organization that originally reported the case that:
(i) the totality of the crew has been successfully repatriated; and
(ii) the totality of all outstanding remuneration and contractual entitlements have been paid and duly received by all crewmembers.

Therefore, confirmation from the ITF, as the reporting organization for this case, is required.

We would like to invite the ITF to review the request submitted by the Palau International Ship Registry. We appreciate the cooperation of all parties involved toward the prompt resolution of this case.

refer the attached third report concerning the same vessel which was earlier on 10 July 2025 notified to be abandoned with the same crew on board when en route to Port Said, Egypt from 1 July 2025, and thereafter again when en route to South Africa from 2 September 2025.
