With reference to the mail cited below, I am directed to inform that, as per the records available on the Directorate General of Shipping website, no crew list is reflected for the vessel Al-Mutlaa (8105595).

In light of this, it is challenging to examine the matter further without the details of Indian seafarers currently working on board the vessel. Therefore, we kindly request that the relevant details (either CDC No. or passport No) of the seafarers serving on board the above-mentioned vessel may kindly be provided to this Directorate at the earliest, so as to enable us to expedite the necessary action in the matter.

We have now updated our records accordingly to show vessel under UNKNOWN flag.

Please be advised that the tug AL-MUTLAA (IMO No. 8105595) was deleted from the Kuwait flag on 8 May 2024.
According to the information available, the three (3) Indian seafarers joined the vessel on 15 December 2024, which is after the vessel had already been deleted from the Kuwait flag registry.
Accordingly, at the time the seafarers joined the vessel, AL-MUTLAA was no longer registered under the Kuwait flag.
