Circumstances
Vessel has been detained after Port State(Paris MOU) Control inspection on July 9th, 2010.
Since then, several court orders have been issued prohibiting vessel's sailing.
A labour lien has been filed by master and crew due to non payment of their wages.
According to master's statement shipowner declared bankruptcy on July 9th, 2010.
