I refer to the case of the abandonment below relating to HADI 44 which has been reported as being entered with West of England. I have contacted the Club and have been informed that the listed date of abandonment predates the entry with West, and the seafarers were employed by the previous Owner, not entered with West. The current Owner has advised that the matter has already been resolved and the seafarers have been repatriated.
As the abandonment date predates West’s entry, we would kindly request that the reference to West of England is removed.
