I am following up on the SFE Adventurer, IMO No 1124449 which has been reported as abandoned and entered with Skuld.
I have contacted Skuld who report that they have received confirmation from the owners that November and December wages have been paid. Skuld are in dialogue with their member to verify payment of January wages due soon. Skuld understand that there are currently no outstanding wages to the crew of SFE Adventurer.
Once details are confirmed by ITF I kindly request that the case is marked as resolved.

Re your notification below, the Republic of the Marshall Islands Maritime Administrator (the Administrator) as the flag State for the SFE ADVENTURER (IMO# 1124449) is providing the following comments regarding the proposed entry to the ILO/IMO joint database on abandonment:
• It is noted the operator was contacted directly by the ITF (the Administrator was only copied in cc) on 23 December 2025 regarding outstanding wages of USD 9,554 from 26 October 2025 – 12 December 2025, for one seafarer who had been signed-off on 12 December 2025 (see attached email).
• At that time, the Administrator had received notifications of MLC complaints regarding unpaid wages on the same vessel, and was in communication with the operator to resolve the issue through the normal complaint handling procedures. Confirmation was received that November 2025 wages were credited to crew’s accounts on 26 December 2025. Additionally, confirmation was received that December 2025 wages were remitted on 19 January 2026 and were in the process of being transferred to the crew’s accounts.
• The Administrator remains engaged with the operator and continues to actively monitor the case until full documentary evidence is provided.
I remain available to provide any additional details pertaining to this matter, or elaborate further on any aspect if needed.
